This project is a custom rock climbing hangboard, designed to improve finger strength and grip endurance for climbing. Using only hand tools and a router, I carefully shaped each hold depth and grip type to provide a variety of training options. The design includes Laser-engraved details, such as motivational text and the Cal Poly "CP" logo, adding a personal touch. The fabrication process involved routing, chiseling, sanding, and hand-finishing, ensuring smooth edges for comfortable training. This project highlights my woodworking skills, precision craftsmanship, and attention to detail, creating a functional and personalized training tool without the use of CNC automation.
